Meet the Board!

Seth is an Air Force veteran and Founder of Operation Tabletop. Drawing on his career in Special Operations — where he served as a Combat Aviation Advisor conducting Foreign Internal Defense, Security Force Assistance, and Unconventional Warfare — he brings strategic leadership and lived experience to the nonprofit's mission. He is based in Niceville, FL and currently pursuing a BS in Project Management at Northwest Florida State College.

Marcus is an Air Force veteran, and is a Florida native. He has a love for various forms of gaming from tabletop, video, board games, to trading card games. He got started playing Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) during college with just a random one-shot. Then during covid hit, and got the itch to play again and hasn't looked back. Building upon personal tragedy and military experience he gravitated toward Operation Tabletop (OTT) as one of their dungeon masters to help bring other veterans together virtually. Outside of D&D games Marcus enjoys training for his first full-marathon, and playing in the One Piece trading card game (OPTCG).
